Registration Fees

The registration fees subject to change due to the changes of Czech taxes or CZK exchange rate.

Early registration fee (by 22 August)	350 EUR
Standard registration fee (23 August – 15 September)	450 EUR
Late registration fee (16 September and later)	550 EUR
Student early and standard fee *	200 EUR
Student late fee *	300 EUR
Workshop dinner** – early and standard	60 EUR
Workshop dinner** – late	70 EUR

*   a copy of student ID card is required
** only for students and accompanying persons

Registration fees include admission to all sessions during the workshop days, workshop proceedings in digital form, coffees, welcome reception, workshop dinner and VAT.

Students are entitled to workshop dinner at extra fee.

At least one author of the accepted paper has to register and pay registration fee before 15 September 2016 to make sure that his/their paper will be published in the workshop proceedings.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing (emailed or faxed) to the Workshop Secretariat.
Registration cancellations will be accepted with a refund as follows:

• before 16 May 2016 is subject to an administration charge of EUR 25
• from 16 May to 15 September 2016 — 50% refund (or 50% payment to be made to the workshop account if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)
• on 15 September 2016 and later — no refunds will be given (or 100% payment to be made to the workshop account if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)

Substitutions may be made at any time without an extra charge. If you wish to substitute a registered participant, please contact the Workshop Secretariat at the earliest opportunity.

The Workshop Organisers cannot be held responsible for registration cancellations if a Visa application is denied.
